Leave colour research

I found this video effect on youtube, this effect removes colour from footage but leaves bits of colour depending on the tolerance you set it to. I thought this would be a good idea because some of the areas we go to shoot are vibrant with colour, for example, the graffiti wall. Therefore, leaving some of this colour would look visually beautiful.
